reasons for a fixed bedtime

If you wait to go to bed until you feel that tired, odds are you now overtired. combine that with a early MUST GET UP NOW time, and you will spend the day feeling cranky, sleepy or just off. The results of that are being over sensitive to others words and actions, hyper sensitivity to your own feelings, so others appear annoying or irratating about everything, bad memory, low energy, or various physical symtoms like headaches or upset stomach.

If you go to sleep at different times, you confuse your internal body clock. This leads to being UNABLE to sleep when you want to, or when you need to.  It will also mess up your waking times in the same way.

The human body needs a set, regular amount of sleep to heal and function. The more you confuse it, the less properly it does its jobs both mental and physical.

Some people can handle a more flexible routine in their lives without it effecting their moods and abilities. YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!! that is just the hand that life has dealt you. Part of growing up is understanding yourself and doing what is best for you, not what you want to do, or others are doing.  When you are able to set a regular bedtime and function at peak performance the next day (while being pleasant and reasonable), you will no longer need us to impose one for you.

Some people are more emotionally high strung and need quiet, non-electronic activities before trying to sleep, otherwise they are awake hours later. YOU ARE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE!

Did you notice I said nothing about the so-called spelling of your blog entry?
