Ok...I'll admit it...I can't write a short blog entry.
I have a list of things that I want to talk about/rant about here. Unfortunately it seems that most of my blog entries get written at lunch time when I don't want to take the time to dig into those sorts of issues and instead just chatter on about what's been going on and other trivia. One of these days I'll get home and sit down to some serious writing...maybe if I finally run out of steam in wizards and get my farmville stuff parked for a while...
We went over to the Cieleszko's last Saturday and as always when we hang out with them had a blast. Their son Luke does hair and did an incredible rework of Alyssa's hair for her. We hung out, chatted, went to the beach and then had the day wind to a close all too soon...
Got some more leaves moved and wood stacked on Sunday. Need to dig up my good axe and split some of the stuff that I've cut up so that we can use it in the fire pit.
Dragged out both of my cameras (partly for compare and contrast and partly just because) and roamed the yard taking pictures of flowers and plants. Posted these to Facebook already...need to post them here. Still want to figure out how to make the Phoca gallery plug in handle and show larger images. Most of the 'pretty' pictures want to be displayed in larger sizes. Still got lots to read about PHP and such...need to peel apart the code that makes Joomla run and see what I can do to make the enhancements and changes that I want to make. Frustrating that the book on advanced Joomla that was supposed to be published about now appears to have been cancelled...
When we were at Ed and Sherrill's last weekend, Ed was talking about possibly giving me a ring on Skype. My Skype user name is j_kyle_wilson I believe (I'll confirm this tonight) and so anyone who want's to get added to my contacts list should send a request to that name...
