Using Alyssa's wizard for backup I've gotten Malorn almost to where Brand and Tavia were at the end of things. Been going slow and only using occasional pick-up help. Only been playing a little bit each day. Currently hanging out by the entrance to the rather nasty end boss's cave (the one where Tavia wound up blind 
. Hoping someone who needs to do this boss witl come along and I can work with them. Got Kayla in the game, but she's relatively weak for this area (got to get working on her levels and spells too, Alyssa isn't going to be playing her, and I really need her for back up these days).
Seems like Rogan has already run the waterworks enough times to have cataloged the drops and related stuff from there. He has offered to help write an article discussing them on my blog. I put him off as I was (and in-game still am and probably will be for a while) feeling a bit melancholy and upset (which is really pretty nuts as Ed and Sherrill are still great friends and wizards isn't that much of a big deal) and really didn't want to get involved in that sort of thing. I'll probably take him up on it at some point in the near future.
